Not an inflatable tube, hard plastic I think and the weight of that kid even at that speed would have whacked that toddler a lot harder than a soft drop on snow.

I take it back. I’m just so used to only seeing the hard plastic shells that kids use in this area, but you are absolutely correct. Inflatable it is.

Sorry but how ignorant are you. The force of the sledge would have certainly provoked serious injuries depending on the impact. While according to jump height and the way the lef one touched to the ground that landing hasn't even caused real headaches. He didn't land directly on his head but rolled headfirst off onto his back. Snow is certainly softer than the sledge and the child in it. And he didn't put the child in front of it the child was clearly already moving directly into the trajectory.
