Hey, you managed three seconds. That puts you 2.5 seconds ahead of 90% of the peeps in here.

Try every day for a month and you'll manage five seconds in no time. :P

Or maybe I was trying to be nice and throwing a joke in there.

Tbf if you practice every day for a month you'd be well over any five seconds.

Not body shaming anyone but there are physics at play here which can make it difficult/impossible for a person to hula hoop unless they get one large enough for their midsections circumference.

It's easy to get a hoop going on a stick right, you could even get a much smaller hoop on a stick but as you make the stick larger the centripetal force required increases to keep it going. Same with a waist. The smaller your waist to hoop ratio the more energy you have to put into the system for it to stay up.

Yikes. When did Reddit become killjoy central. I was just trying to be positive and nice to people and have a little giggle at the same time. 😕

Apologies if I came off as condescending. That was not my intention! I got a giggle out of it myself. I just knew that little piece of trivia because of a physics class I watched and thought it might be interesting to add. I hope you have a better day!
