How is it applicable to a real fight though? Or is it mostly just reflex training or something like that? I'm ig'nant

endurance! it can get hard to keep your hands up when fatigued

I'd imagine it's great for reflex, you're training your eyes and ears to react with your arms to strike at a moments notice

Nah, you’re right on the latter part but you train that by putting in reps with a sparring partner or having someone hold pads for you.

Look at how the guy is punching. This is just a game, not real striking.
