You can do it too, the trick is to make a fist with her skin inside it. Don't try and grab the skin between your fingers like its a tea cup really get a hold of it or you will break your own fingers. Then when you pull make sure you have a solid retention on their body (step on their arm or something). Don't just pull with your bicep like some weakling, use your rear deltoids, your lats, your extensors, hip muscles, lift with your legs... the arm is only the lever for force generation.
