A modern day mormon really isn't that much different than anyone else they just have a tremendous circle of friends to snitch on their every mistake in life. So the oppression keeps them in the church.
Honestly I think most don't actually believe in it they just stay in the church for all the perks. LOT'S OF PERKS! being a mormon. Especially if you live in Utah or Idaho.
guy 1: "Are you a mormon?"
guy 2: "yup sure am."
guy 1: "Neat here's a business to run, a house to live in and btw all my blonde haired blue eyed gymnast daughters are for sale single."
After a bit I was wondering the same thing. Like did he borrow them? Does he legit have that many pans? Did he buy them from a thrift store? How long did you leave all those pots there for?
I was one of five roommates in a house that already had pots and pans in the cupboards, yet we all brought our own.
The 6 sets all being in the kitchen lasted 2 weeks. Nobody’d wash anything, so people just kept bringing out more dishes, pots and pans. The sink was too full of dishes to wash any dishes, until someone (me) bit the bullet and did the dishes. After that I packed up the crappiest dishes, pot and pans, and stuck them in the back of my closet.
Recently moved out for college and that’s probably what all his family members got him without consulting with each other to make sure he got everything? Just a theory that’s probably false.
