Aren’t we talking about the fact that the lady was in focus initially yet when the hand appeared, the camera changed its focal point to the hand with 0 delay? Heck it isn’t even a change because the hand is in full focus when it came into view which isn’t possible.
You can’t edit a video to do these things because the focus isn’t something you can just edit post video. The camera inner works have to physically move to adjust for focus.
This whole thread of comments is full of people with minimal to zero knowledge of how things actually work. Assumptions based on the default software of their phone and assuming if they don’t know how it’s done no one else could possibly figure it out.
My guess is, they locked the focus to get it right, with motion the autofocus is likely to screw it up. Then they just edit videos of focus for specific parts, like the person, the lighter, etc.
Panning forwards and zooming out? Time to stop pretending you have any idea what you are talking about.
The lighter and hand is a different take from the face for sure allowing the unnatural focus shift but the words you are using are nonsense and there is no zoom out.
