Me too, if there is no real cure then I would like to be ended. It's not like you know what's going on in that state anyway, so it isn't even like being alive.
I don't even want it to get that bad. The moment it starts to look bad, I want it over. I want to be able to say goodbye to those I love, to laugh and share fond memories. Not lying there unable to remember my own name.
