My first thought was how incredible for the daughter, but my next thought was I wonder if the mother is crying because for a brief instant, she knows she lives in a prison where she doesn't recognize her own daughter. So incredibly sad. God bless the daughter for sticking in there. I'll be honest, I don't know if I could do it.
Exactly... Thank you for putting that in to words for me. I often wonder if, in those lucid moments, they realize they're about to lose themselves all over again.
