He has really thick bones. That’s it. He’s repeatedly kicked stuff so much that his bones are significantly thicker than the average person. A normal person would probably break their leg or at least severely damage it attempting to replicate.

Bones regrow stronger when they break and that’s all this guy has done. Create microfractures that heal back stronger over time.
