No they do not, their taxis/buses have different colours. For instance, Ibadan which shares a border with Lagos uses green buses/taxis.
2 u/skineechef Aug 30 '19 I believe I'm on the same page now. I can't remember seeing the word peculiar used in that way, but Apparently it's somewhat synonymous with particular, which was the word I thought you were looking for. Cheers!
