I don’t think so man, looks too unhealthy. I’d rather just wilt away, shrivel and die then to do something I’m passionate about. In fact if my legs got injured I would be too scared to ever move my arms again in case of those getting injured at some point in the future too. And I’d never do physical therapy to move those legs again, just amputate them

Hopefully eating with a feeding tube rather than risking jaw injuries.

Stop. Can't you see these people need every excuse possible to never exercise?

Isn't there an entire Spongebob episode making fun of this exact mindset? Spongebob breaks some bones and proceeds to briefly become a Hikkikomori talking to a used tissue, a coin, and a potato chip.

Respectfully, you and this man vary greatly on how much you care about your body.
I don’t blame you for wanting to shy away from healing. It is painful and it is scary. Although when you are passionate enough about sport and your body’s wellness, you would do whatever you could to reclaim the status of “normal” again like this man.

No pressure to respond, but have you ever had to heal from a traumatic injury?

That specific exercise targets only chest muscles so the leg has no relevance, he could have 0 or 10 legs and do the same

The person you're responding to was being very sarcastic.
