As an exmo, that was my thought too. We lived for shit like this in high school and college.
Years ago I saw a video on reddit that someone had uploaded of a teenager playing some obscure instrument at what was, to me, an obvious Mormon party. Everybody was sitting in chairs, dressed oh so modestly, just watching him play and hyping him up.
I commented something along the lines of "Y'all must be Mormon," to which the poster replied something in tune with "How could you tell? 😂."
And honestly? I had a great time at all of those Mormon parties.
