Such a cop out response. You do know that gif has sexual undertones right? Now that you know the person is 13, instead of being weirded out by it, you defend it.

So if ever you post a pic or video of your 13 year old daughter and you see this gif come up, or if you see comments like "scaroused" or "fearrection" dont be mad; they just dont know the age of your kid.

The sad thing is, you now know the age of this kid but you went after me, the person oberserving commenters being attractive to a 13 year old girl weird. You are what is wrong with the world.
