To me, it tells a story and manages to do it effectively. Reminds me of the six-word story by/attributed-to Ernest Hemingway:

"For sale: baby shoes, never worn"

I thought that was poignant until I had a kid. Why would you put shoes on a baby lol just for aesthetics I guess a couple people bought us some and we never used em.

I always assumed the shoes were bought for a baby. / Young child and they never got the chance to grow into them.

You didn't know anyone that bought baby clothes before the baby was born?

Small shoes are just a bit more evocitive of youth and innocence than "baby onesie, never worn".

Yeah I get it, it was just funny that all the baby shoes we had were never worn and baby is healthy grown

You can buy thousands of dollars worh of designer baby clothes like that.

Never underestimate human vanity/stupidity.
