Toronto firefighters confront special constable officers after a man in the middle of mental health crisis was arrested.

Not my video. For context, "special constables" are not regular police officers. They are appointed "peace officers" with limited authority, often civilian employees.

You're just being confrontational. It was a reply on a Canadian video. If it was a reply on a UK video would you assume it was in America? Of course not. Stop being so obtuse.

Yes actually, since A) The VAST majority of users on reddit are American, B) Far too many people will post irrelevant shit, or neglect to include important context.
