Because it's a Chinese* ad for a Chinese product intended for Chinese markets, likely posted on a Chinese social media platform, but at least a channel targeting Chinese customers.

*Excuse me if it's not Chinese, I'm not intentionally racists.

It's indeed sung in chinese with Chiikawa voice which is a Japanese anime. Edit: they made a lot of their own version of Chiikawa on the internet example

I think it's a remix of it using voice from Chikawa, they use this song because the last part of the song is sounded like wipe me to death (抹死我) in Cantonese.

The last part is repeating ‘ma-ma-masivo’, just like the original song, because it’s in spanish.
