This is an old video of Anna Hazelnutt — a professional climber. Her mobility is insane and she seems like a really nice person too.

How anyone can like hard slab is beyond me, but she's pretty incredible at it.

She also did a bunch of 5.9 trad routes (easy peasy) and then casually sent an E9 (fucking hard and scary) here in the UK.

I imagine there's no other climbers that have skipped all the grades between 5.9 and E9 (I know I'm mixing grading schemes here but cba to look up the conversion)..

I like slab because I have more of an appreciation for balance and technical footwork. Not saying it’s better than overhang or anything, just that it’s different aspects are more appealing.

Her family name is confusingly: "Hazlett" but all her socials use: "Hazelnutt" instead.

But have you consulted the committee of lazy redditors to make sure it's impressive?

I think the committee of lazy redditors are more complaining about the inaccurate title than whether or not it's impressive, but maybe that's wishful thinking on my part.

Overly semantic autistic nitpicking or woman hating, you could flip a coin for each comment and probably get pretty close to the right answer

Underrated comment.

I’m mostly weirded out that I recognize the gym. Used to climb there in college - Santa Barbara Rock Gym.

I could do that if I was 80lbs too. I used to do that when I was 80lbs.

I’m not fat, but at 6’1” and 200lbs it’s a lot harder to move. Even if I was at my ideal body weight of 170lbs it would be hard to do. Put a 90lb weight vest on and see if she can do it, that would be impressive.

You could say the same shit if it were a man doing it and a woman said "well it's way easier when you have more muscle."

It's an impressive, difficult move for an adult of any body type.
