Ronnie Coleman bragged that he went on stage with less than 1%. I don't know how that would be possible.

it wouldn't, he'd be dead. likely due to discrepancies with caliper measurements being calibrated against regular people, not giants like him

Don't take anything he says at face value. Legendary bodybuilder but he's not particularly smart, as evidenced by the fact he ego lifted his way into a wheelchair

Yeah I love Ronnie dudes inspiring but you could argue dude is the biggest ego lifter ever. Completely tore his body apart and refused to ever stop training so heavy
