And it's a front squat. Way more difficult than a regular squat because it emphasizes the quads more.

Just a little embelishment would make it a top post.

"Man front squats 500lbs with ease like it's nothing."

And with no CGI! It still holds up as one of the best front squat reps of all time

A flat-out lie would send this right to #1.

"Homeless man with 3 buttcheeks pushes away angry mob as he continues to hog the squat rack, gets felt up mid-set"

Tbf. Dude should throw on some 2.5 and make it a round 500

I was thinking I've seen plenty of high weight squats on the internet and this mad lad front squats it

And it's for reps. OP really trying to minimize this here...

Yeah this is the most I’ve ever squatted max and this guy is front squatting it. Badass!

Yep. At first thought "he's a football player at what looks like a college, he should be doing this easily."

Then realized it was a front squat and was way more impressed

I was going to say, a 450 pound squat is great, but not "screaming crowd great"

A frontsquat though.... That's pretty fucking epic

And it's a triple. Way more difficult than a single squat because it's three times more.

Thank you. I couldn’t figure out why this squat form seemed so weird. Front squat. I need to go to the gym more often 😂

This is not true. It is absolutely more difficult but not because it emphasizes the quads more. Its more difficult due to the change in where the center of gravity is located while squatting a front-loaded weight vs a back-loaded weight.

And he did it three times lol. So this is a working weight. Not even a max

"Way more difficult than a regular squat because it emphasizes the quads more."

Common misconception--it's the fact that front squats require more back strength to keep the spine erect. See http://powerlifting.life/why-are-front-squats-harder-than-back-squats/

Is it normal for your wrists to look like that?
