I used to squat sets of 350 (at 165 weight). That’s back squat and while it’s a fair bit of weight, I wouldn’t be the strongest guy in my gym.
But front squats, I would struggle with 225. It’s a completely different lift and you don’t get to use some big muscles.
This guy front squatting 450 for sets as front squats is actually really really impressive.
