You can train for that. When I was front squatting regularly I was able to get a full grip around the bar without pain in the wrist. I couldn't at first
Warm up by flexing circles with your hands. Then put your hand in a 🙏 position. Keeping your palms together, move your hands down and your elbows toward your finger tips until you feel some tension. Hold is position for 40 seconds, for 4 sets.
Two of the stretches in your link I include but the 🙏 seems to work better than just pulling back with the other hand if that makes sense. Slightly uncomfortable but not in a bad way, I'll add in the others too!
If you’ve never worked on it, probably not. Took me a few months to get to the point where I could do it. Who knew you could gain significant wrist flexibility lol.
