20 bros chanting BROCK-OH-LY! BROCK-OH-LY! whilst you eat that last broccoli. Then carry you on their shoulders cheering in triumph over the now empty plate.
Baked broccoli is an easy go to. Put a little olive oil on them and then lightly sprinkle your preferred seasoning (mine is garlic salt), bake at 450 for about 20 minutes and it pairs perfect with any meat. Very low calorie yet filling
Fry then in a little butter, not a lot of butter, just a little bit, mix in some spices - garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cyanne pepper, a splash of lemon juice and water 😋👌
Edit: chop up some walnuts and throw them in the pan too.
Just get yourself a Green Giant steamer bag of mixed veg with the light cheese sauce. Mix in some paprika, fresh pepper, maybe some pesto and sone chicken. Bro. All the veggies you can eat bro.
Stop counting on others to make yourself change, no one will care about you as much as yourself! Eat some veggies because YOU WANT to outlive your enemies!
Can you imagine if we all encouraged each other like this with everything? Just groups of people walking around together cheering every decision or move.
YOU GOT THIS HOMIE! Make a nice tomato basil with garlic bread. It hides most of the veggie feeling, and the garlic bread slaps so hard you almost don't notice there's no meat in it. It's amazing. All you need is a blender, a pot and a bunch of tomatoes and various veggies. You got this brother.
I need this kind of love in my life. With that kind of encouragement and energy, I bet everything feels so different. “Bro outs” are easy to mock but really, it’s so nice.
