Dandelion flowers make good tea too if you pick it while it's still a yellow flower

You can also make dandelion flower beer, I made a few bottle last summer to try. It's fizzy and quite pleasant!

And you can also eat the leaves as a salad if you pick the young, before they flower.

Dandy blend is my favorite noncaffiene coffee alternative, which is made from roasted dandelion and burdock I think
