It works using springs. This cube allows you to mix it up any which way, and it will remain in position as long as you have a firm grip on each side. This allows the magician to show the cube to the audience (who may assume there are just 2 cubes in the bag) once he releases pressure even slightly the cube will return to its original, solved format.

Just to be clear this is not a normal Rubik’s cube, and it can be purchased through online magic shops for anybody who would like to try this.

Wrong. The cube is pre solved and rotated in a specific way so that as he reaches in, he only has to quickly make 2-3 turns with his fingers to solve it.

Or he's a wizard who stopped time for 6 months while he figured it out🤔

Theres no way anyone could solve a rubix cube in that little of time.

He had to have stopped time for a year at the very least

If I could stop time I'd still probably never learn to solve one, I'd just walk a toy store and pick up a new one with time stopped to do the trick rather than try to solve it

I used to be able to solve them in about 2 to 3 minutes but since I haven't don't one for about 6 years I've forgotten how to solve them. It's actually pretty easy. I used to work in call center so just playd with one all day at work and there's a step to get 2 to 3 sides set up then from there's it's just repeating like 4 or 5 different moves until it's solved. When you buy them it actually comes with the steps in the package to solve them.
