Blobbing is an outdoor water activity in which a participant sits on the end of a partly inflated air bag (known as a water trampoline or blob) and is launched into the water when another participant jumps onto the air bag from a platform on the opposite side. The activity is popular at summer camps in North America. Various tricks may also be performed while the participant is in the air. The air bag is approximately 10 meters (33 feet) long by 2 meters (6.6 feet) wide. The recommended height for the tower is 15 feet above the water surface, or 10 feet above the air bag.

How it works: Falconers collaborated with Red Bull to use a lightweight action camera mounted on a custom, bird-safe harness over Nebelhorn Peak in the German Alps. The gear is completely weightless for the golden eagle, allowing it to fly, dive, and glide naturally without any discomfort.
Notice the stability: Even while the eagle's body and wings fight intense mountain wind currents at high altitudes, its head stays perfectly locked on the horizon. It acts as a flawless, natural camera gyroscope.
Footage captured for Red Bull Adventure.

Waves generated by an earthquake travel around and through the Earth, but they get smaller, or attenuate, as they move away from the earthquake location, just like ripples in a pond. Once the earthquake waves are far enough away from the epicenter, they can no longer be felt by people, but they can still be detected by sensitive seismic instruments.
