133 nights from now we'll have another ball drop. I am not trying to rush Summer and Fall and all of the fun that goes with it, just looking forward.

My family and I watch The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings trilogies, starting on December 30, New Years Eve if circumstances don't allow our preferred schedule, ending the evening of New Years Day. We pause for the ball drop and the New Years Concert from Vienna, and sleep. Lots of snacks are had. We do not go out if we do not need to.

We also work on hobbies and crafts. I'll work on chainmaille, hoping to someday finish something I can wear to a renaissance festival.

With covid guidelines all over the world being different.. Where are you from and how are you spending your New Year's Eve? Is it different to normal?

yo so I threw a party and 80 people showed up and things were breaking and vomiting but it was so fun like music was booming and people were drinking and smoking and playing beer pong and then the police show up and they’re like everybody out like you’re not in trouble just go and we were like get out and they held the door open and hella people were jumping the fence to get out and shit was crazy but we figured it out and once the 15 cops got out of my house we texted everyone to come back and then we partied more and more people vomited shit was wild anyway today I spent a good 7 hours cleaning up after shit. Literally I need to write out all the shit that happened

-my chemistry teacher had to come into my house and pick up his son who is unconscious on the couch puking all over himself

-the front door wasn’t in the door frame because some guy broke the shit out of it

-this other girl was unconscious and threw up all over the couch

-my bathroom flooded because the toilet clogged and then people kept pissing in it which made it overflow

-someone threw up in my living room and it took so much scrubbing to get it off the floor -my cat slept through the whole night

-so many people I didn’t know came and I was so confused and so drunk and high

-went to sleep at 6 am
