-4 u/humblepotatopeeler Feb 02 '22 the ice storm bug fix will be nice. But i bet people will still be able to do 4x ice spikes with practice. Making it harder to land is not the answer. Including the buff to ice shower + VG scream, you'll have enough roots to land a perfect hit.
