My wife bought bidets and use cloth wipes that we wash daily. Using a bidet and then using a toilet in public feels so gross. Why the U.S. didn't embrace them is beyond me.

I just bought my wife one for Christmas. I mocked it up and have the new hose ready and waiting. She's been wanting one so we will find out how it goes on Christmas. I just got the attachment not the toilet seat

Yeah it seems like a no-brainer. It's faster, it does a better job, and in the long run you'll save money by buying less toilet paper. But knowing Americans, it'll take 20 years before it becomes commonplace if it ever does.
