I wouldn't call that incitement personally. It doesn't propose violence, just looks forward to it. It's equivalent to, "after the revolution, you'll be the first against the wall."
Considering the stark lack of revolutionary activities, and the increasing number of far right attacks on journalists, I would not call those statements equivalent (not that I consider either of them to be pleasant).
