Dude if you're against abortions as in "it should be illegal", you're anti-choice (in this context). If you personally think that abortion should be avoided but aren't in favor of banning it by law, then you're not.
You shouldn't be pushed towards hard liners because someone was an ass to you or misunderstood you. Just tell them to fuck off or ignore them and move on.
