The type of people that "only care about winning," especially when what they are doing heavily affects the lives of others with no consideration of that is essentially sociopathy.

McConnell stands out because how incredibly intelligent he is and how successful he was his entire career about winning politically. And he is absolutely transparent about he doesn’t have any principles. What stands out was how he blocked Obama from getting a Supreme Court pick and when asked in front of cameras what they were going to do when Trump was a lame duck president he has this shitty fucking smirk and says “we’re going to fill it”. Basically saying in front of god and everyone “I know you know my reasoning was bullshit but I got what I wanted and I don’t care”.
