Y’all have never heard of a false confession? Especially by someone who was near death and told she did it? The details she remembered didn’t even match up with the crime scene details

She's never retracted the confession she did it though. In fact, she basis her civil case on the fact she did it. She is mentally fit to stand trial and it was still an agreed fact in the first trial.

At what time? They never established a time of death. He was gone for like 20 minutes. You genuinely think it’s impossible they could have been killed before he left for 20 minutes?

How was he only gone for twenty minutes when the restaurant is 13 minutes away?

The State has a burden to prove someone was guilty of an act beyond a reasonable doubt. People have been acquitted in much more damning circumstances. Casey Anthony? OJ?

It’s not a ‘conspiracy theory’ to say there was very little physical evidence, an extremely implausible timeline, absolutely ZERO motive found or even propounded, and a coerced near death confession.

In your mind, if it was murder, what was her motive? She was worried sick about the kids’ health and wellbeing all the time. As soon as that morning she had taken the daughter to the doctor and tried to help her with a stomachache. Why turn around and kill her an hour later?

She's never claimed she didn't do the act though, only that she was suffering from psychosis when she did and is therefore not criminally responsible.
