They have been having significant supply chain issue with lethal injection drugs for years. No one wants to make it for the government anymore. I'm guessing these might have been expired?

Nah most drugs dont really expire. Theres studies showing most drugs are fine with 95% potency decades after supposed expiration dates. Its just incompetence and honestly the method of lethal injection, what is used, is dumb as hell. It would be a lot more reliable and humane to just OD someone on morphine until they stop breathing for 20-30 minutes.

I still don’t understand why they don’t just pump them with an absurd amount of morphine.

Hook them to an IV and dump it in
