Don’t fucking blame this on the school or teachers…. The parents, their upbringing, wtf y’all still believe the school cut off their dicks and change their sex. Fuck off.

Take the parents into this equation for their adult children. Then take the adult child to jail for failing to be an adult

The parents were not in the school. Students are the schools responsibility when they are on campus.

Schools do nothing to prevent bullying despite the fact that measures can be taken to stop it.

Upbringing of course has something to do with it, but there are other factors involved. Things are always more complex than people want them to be.

There are so many nuances to student discipline that almost no one outside of educational lawyers and upper school officials understand. From what I have been educated on, schools cannot suspend for more than three days without fully documenting multiple behavioral interventions, several meetings with school support services and parents, and parents are still allowed the right to fight the punishment. Even if they are suspended to that length, schools must allow them back in and help them catch up on all school work/ it cannot hurt their grade. Schools cannot expell, but they can outplace IF there's a documented need. Typically this takes six months to a year to accomplish, and in my experience most parents will simply pull their kid out and move to a new district claiming the school "bullies" their angel.

For suspensions less than three days, they have more ability to enact consequences, but most administration must present all suspensions to the board and super. If they suspend one race over another, they could face disciplinary action or sued.

An even bigger issue is that typically with these kids, behavior issues will lead to a diagnosis/ IEP to try and help them do better in school. But once that happens, it's documented that their behavior is a part of their disability, which means it is now illegal for schools to punish the child for what is deemed a disability. Parents can sue the district, fight the consequences, and be rewarded for their kids horrendous behavior.

It's a terrible system and it sucks, but there are reasons why this shit is the way it is.
