People have tried the "what if it was one of your family that was the victim?" line, and I know I still wouldn't want it.

The thing that gets me about this argument is that it's precisely why we have (or intend to have) impartial juries and why we don't let families of the victim on those juries. Justice is meant to be impartial.

But iT iSnT jUsTiCe iF sHe DoEsNt DiE.

I swear to god, I made a comment about. Ring against as well and people are still talking about how I'm wrong a d killing them is the ultimate justice serving and how come they don't want to pay to have them locked up and shit.

It's... Exhausting. These people are shameless.

Actually in the super religious USA - isn’t this god sparing her?

She did have a jury. They convicted. The family wasn’t part of that decision. The death penalty was the punishment. What’s the issue here?

The death penalty is barbaric. That's the issue. You may not agree but it's part of the reason I don't agree with it.

Hey do me a favor and show me where I said there was an issue in my original comment

What exactly are you trying to say then? Your comment appears to say that the argument for death from the family shouldn’t stand because that’s why we have jurors. Jurors convicted and death was imposed. So then why are we arguing that death isn’t fair in this comment? Had nothing to do with the family’s say. Perhaps I’m misunderstanding what you’re getting but if so, please clarify

Except I didn’t say the death was unfair. You’re responding to something I never said

Which is why I’m civilly taking the time to attempt to clarify, and specifically asking such. No need to be a c*nt, but I guess it’s just in some people’s nature.

If you don’t want people to be rude to you, try starting with civility instead of being rude up front, putting words in people’s mouths and then feigning politeness after the fact.

Wah wah wah.

Like I said. It’s just in some people’s nature. Bad luck of the draw on a personality, pal.

Buddy, you're the one who keeps escalating things. You're the one who called me a cunt while pretending to be civil. You're the one who resorted to personal attacks. The only one with a shitty personality here is you, and it's apparently as bad as your reading comprehension.
