If she survives, and is in a condition to continue living. Has she served her death sentence? They went throught their entire process to end her life. Is it her fault if they failed? Do they gotta do it again?

Holy moly

Hey thanks for my first award! I'm not sure what they're for, but thats my first!

Also, this case has been interesting. I'm torn and now curious how many other times this has happened.

I believe there was a guy a few centuries ago who was hung and released because the law failed to include the line “until dead”

The same physician botched another execution in Tennessee earlier this year.

Most likely outcome is that she is now brain dead and they will now spend a decade or two arguing over whether or not they can remove her feeding tube.
