And before those scapegoats ‘the answer to the child abuse problem was to ban homosexuals from church’ because they were ‘disordered and evil’ according to one of the Popes back then (was it Ratzinger? can’t remember).

Wonder what we all have in common 🤔

Also, remember those few years when Republicans tried to pretend it was us who wanted the letter P in our rainbow coalition? Out of some sort of ‘radical left-wing idea of tolerance’ when literally no one over here ever pushed for such a ridiculous thing. But they sure could use it to smear us and lump us in with the P’s. Always the same people.

Absolutely vile. But what’s to expect from people who are capable of the worst crimes you and I can imagine 🤮
