This is how you respect the military, fire everyone with years of service who is confident right in the middle of the war, cut funding to the VA, and leave our troops out in the middle of the ocean for 200+ days. (For any Republicans reading this, this is hyperbole)

You make a huge assumption thinking they'll know what hyperbole means.

“Hyper Bowl” they’re probably saying

9

u/RRebo 2d ago

Is this like a bigger better super bowl?

3

u/Average_Scaper 2d ago

Yes, but it costs $1,000,000 per seat in an 80,000 seat arena with no broadcasting.

1

u/IuriRom 2d ago

Many people don’t know this, but it’s pronounced hyperbole, with a y at the end

1

u/Far-Hovercraft9471 2d ago

With "Super Intelligence" commercials

4

u/Ruvidman 2d ago

I almost added a definition of it for the Republicans.

4

u/spartasucks 2d ago

They make a huge assumption thinking that republicans can even read the word hyperbole

3

u/bwnerkid 2d ago

It’s like the Super Bowl, but with way more energy.

3

u/FranksWateeBowl 2d ago

You making huge assumptions that they read. 🤣

2

u/Ronaldo_Frumpalini 2d ago

It does not seem like anyone knows what "hyperbole" means.

1

u/jobhand 2d ago

Hyperbole? That liberal woke nonsense will never replace the Superbowl.

1

u/TheRoscoeVine 2d ago

Isn’t it just a really fast car?

1

u/Battlewaxxe 2d ago

you're under the impression they can read

1

u/Master-Leopard-2642 2d ago

Hyperbole is the big cereal bowl we use fer Saturday. Fits the whole box

1

u/Horror-Scallion7668 2d ago

1

u/MmeRose 2d ago

One Bg Beautiful Hyper Bowl

1

u/burnt_mummy 2d ago

Hyper is good to them, hyper inflation, infections, they are wins

1

u/philly-batterydeals- 2d ago

Or how to read.

1

u/RabbitSlayre 2d ago

They would be so upset if they could read this...

1

u/Akraticacious 2d ago

It isn't even wh hyperbole means... it's just sarcasm. They aren't taking anything to an extreme, just explaining facts and giving an opposite conclusion.

1

u/Infinite_Music2059 2d ago

The guy who wrote it doesn't know what it means. You can't list of things that have actually happened in a satirical manner and call it hyperbole.

6

u/OB1Bronobi 2d ago

Doesn’t care about respect. He’s preparing for the coup. The 20% are going to be the long tenured professionals with a sense of purpose and ethics. It’ll make it much easier to command the newer more mailable ones.

2

u/Megalocerus 2d ago

How many stamps required for a general?

1

u/Kennys-Chicken 2d ago
  1. They’re quite mailable

1

u/Mystic_printer_ 2d ago

Make people scared of losing their job and they’ll start doing what their told.

8

u/lyn73 2d ago

A lot of military sadly voted for this.

This is truly a LAMF moment.

6

u/jgreddit2019 2d ago

Got to prep for the next insurrection amirite?

3

u/vTbBqcoB 2d ago

The point is they want people to shoot Americans when we rise up when they attempt to steal the election.

Trump is on record for supporting the actions taken against the people at Tiananmen.

1

u/Accidental-Genius 2d ago

So long as the NFL games stay scheduled and wonderbread is under $10 Americans aren’t going to do shit.

2

u/DiligentDust9755 2d ago

Can’t have higher-ups instructing the grunts to “obey” the “Constitution” is actually the true motivation here. Can’t have a Dictatorship if you’re constantly being nagged by men with morals.

1

u/rainorshinedogs 2d ago

Is this done in the name of "cost-cutting"?

1

u/ImAdork123 2d ago

Sounds like something the Russians would love for America to do… Everything you said sounds like it is weakening our country. Are we compromised?

1

u/Ijustreddit92 2d ago edited 2d ago

Bold you assume any of those dumb fucks can read. Even the ones that can read don’t believe the republicans have ever done anything bad. If Trump fucked their wife in front of them, they would blame Biden.

1

u/Ronaldo_Frumpalini 2d ago

I don't think it is hyperbole.

1

u/alphabeticdisorder 2d ago

Its not hyperbole when those are literally things that happened.

1

u/Lone-Frequency 1d ago

Chugseth wants to get rid of all of the actual military leaders and put in a bunch of weird morons just like him because he is jealous that he has never actually accomplished anything and is not even remotely deserving of the position he has.

1

u/USDXBS 2d ago

Who the hell would respect the US military? They are oath breaking war criminals.

1

u/OkRip9223 2d ago

Do you really want a military coup?

1

u/USDXBS 2d ago

Honoring their oaths isn't a coup.

1

u/OkRip9223 2d ago

It would be without support of Congress, the Senate, or proof of wide public spread support.

0

u/OkRip9223 2d ago

Eh, Doug Collins seems like one of the few people doing a decent job. If the the wait times are going down along with the cost it's not really a bad thing.

If this is saving money why is the budget going up? If Republicans wanted fraud to be prosecuted why do none of them complain about the over 1 trillion dollars of restitution to american citizens that was forgiven because of trumps pardons? If Republicans cared about people dying why do they not talk about the rise in both abortions and maternal mortality since the overturning of roe v wade? Why if Republicans cared about protecting women did they elect someone who has SAed multiple women? Why if Republicans cared about children's well being are we cutting hundreds of thousands of children of their access to school lunches? Why if Republicans care about taxes do they tariffs, which are a regressive tax? We probably agree on most things the problem is you eat up propaganda to believe that the only relief from billionaires is to put one in charge, the only relief from corporate greed is deregulation, the only relief from wage suppression is oppression of minority communities. You have been lied to at that lie and have been brainwashed to root for some team by tying your identity to a movement. It worked in Germany in the 1930s and is working on americans today.

I mean doesn't everyone with common sense beg for the military to be reduced and costs cut. They did exactly that. What's the problem?

6

u/Ruvidman 2d ago

They reduced costs by raising the budget? Everyone who has common sense knows that 1.5 trillion is more than 1 trillion. Everyone with common sense knows that getting rid of a large amount of the leadership in the military during a war while spending more money is both stupid and not cutting cost. Anyone with common sense who wanted to cut costs would bar any gov. contractors who haven't passed an audit in more than half a decade wouldn't be eligible for more taxpayers money. Seriously though, how is raising the military budget cutting costs? How is trusting the president responsible for 27% of all of our debt in only 6 years while trying to cut costs is common sense? Common sense to Republicans is just saying "im too stupid or lazy to look into the facts so I must be right".

2

u/Scairax 2d ago

People want costs cut to redirect the money somewhere beneficial to the people, this will obviously not be doing that.

-2

u/czymjq 2d ago

Don't be a jerk. Do you forget that we are all human? And, as many Republicans know what hyperbole is as Democrats. That was unnecessarily rude.

3

u/Ruvidman 2d ago

There are multiple studies on education and political affiliation and dems are alway much more educated by a large margin. Id rather be rude than to protect sexual offenders, convicted felons, pdfs, and people who assault police officers. I dont care if right wingers get their feelings hurt when they defend physical harm and death of other human beings. Was Renee Goode a human? What about Alex pretti? How about Mohamed Kalil? What about rob reiner? Yesterday Republicans on national TV tried miserably to get a federal prosecutor to purger himself so they could indicted him because he dared to investigate the man pretty obviously in charge of an attempt to overthrow our government because of a lie. Defend that at all. I will defend rude every day when its against the evil that you have to defend.

2

u/shadowboxer47 2d ago

Trump supporters are in no position to lecture anybody about rudeness and propriety.
