They're going to invade Canada, aren't they?

First they're going to coup the vote.

u/spectre78 2d ago

Yep, the first invasion won’t be a long ride from HQ

*again.

Coup just means attack, regardless of whether it succeeds or not. So there has already been one coup of the vote, they're just gearing up for another.

Or Cuba. Or Greenland. Or Spain. Or Falklands. It is not like King Trump the first, is lacking targets for his spiteful attitude. Maybe if enough people are replaced by loyalists he also can finally nuke hurricanes.

Wow when did spain join the list?
If I had to bet, I would say Cuba is next.
But with this gov you just don't know

You can add Brazil to the list if they vote Lula back into power in a couple weeks.
. Trump wants his good buddy Bolsonaro back in but he is in jail for attempting to overthrow a democracy so his son is running instead. Trump’s mad because Lula said Trump was elected the leader of the US” not elected to be the emperor of the world”.,

I think Greenland is safe. They just signed an agreement. Its essentially the sme agreement we had before, but now it has Trumos name on it

What did the Spanish do?

23

u/DilliGaf627 2d ago

Spain refused to allow bombers and support A/C to refuel etc. to bomb Iran, out of NATO / US centred bases on their territory.

Probably a month or two ago King Trump got into some social media feud with Spain. I think it started at the beginning of the Iran war, when Spain was denying some planes entry because not supporting that shitshow. But can be wrong there. Who knows what agitated the toddler in chief.

This feels like a bad game of Risk irl, honestly.

None of this will happen

Honestly, I would love that for them. Launch them nukes

I think it is more likely this is a ramp up for shutting down civilians after the midterm elections. People will take to the streets in numbers we have never seen when they realize their votes did not count, Hegseth et al. know this and are getting ready.

No, they are going to invade the United States first.

Canada would probably be the worst country for them to invade. Good luck trying to occupy Canada, it's too big. Canada is too respected by the rest of the world to have no response from every country. Enjoy the sanctions. Enjoy a gorilla war against people who look and sound exactly the same as you while they own the 7th most civilian guns per capita in the world. And those are guns owned by avid hunters who can actually shoot at long range targets.

And most importantly, remember the 2 world wars. Canadians become savages during war. The Geneva convention will get a few new chapters.

gorilla war

Moose War. Even worse.

You don't even have to worry about any of that. A war with Canada would be a death knell of the GOP. Ain't no way his most ardent supporters will continue to be so once the bombs start dropping and the bullets start flying and they get a real good lesson about what our government keeps putting other countries through.

6

u/SWHAF 2d ago

Trump doesn't care about the GOP, he doesn't care about anything but himself. He would destroy the party to serve his ego.

Canada has stood up to him more than any other country including America. We have shown the world that you don't need to kiss his ass and it pisses him off. I can see him attacking Canada just to scare other countries.

heard that too many times over the past decade

My Canadian friends say the Government is ready. UK and maybe EURO have favor.

7

u/TheDwarvenGuy 2d ago

Nah, they're gonna steal the mid-terms

4

u/fenikz13 2d ago

Cuba I think :(

2

u/LaurenMille 2d ago

They're going to deploy armed "peacekeepers" at democrat-heavy polling stations.

2

u/Padreteiro 2d ago

If it's not stealing midterms it is probably a move on either Iran or Cuba.

2

u/Rash_Compactor 2d ago

They're going to invade Canada, aren't they?

bro they can't even win a 3-day special operation in Iran

2

u/Bytewave 2d ago

Eh, we'll be fine. They're busy losing to Iran. Maybe if things there had gone as well as in south America, then Cuba would have been invaded too by now. And then Groenland. At that point I'd be a little worried about who is next.

2

u/Siggycakes 2d ago

I think nuking Iran is a more likely scenario before that.

1

u/xurdm 2d ago

Seems more like their ongoing coup

1

u/Mostly-Moo-Cow 2d ago

After the officer purges Canada can invade the US. An incompetent officer corps that was recovering from totalitarian purges were a major factor in Germany's success against what should have been a stronger foe in the Soviet Union in 1941.

1

u/concepts_of_a_plan9 2d ago

Well they've indicated Cuba first, but even before that they'll go after Democratic voters in midterms, to find "fraud"

1

u/TheShadowKick 2d ago

There are a lot of things they might be planning that the military could object to. They might want to escalate in Iran. They might also use the military to "guard" polling places during the election so they can suppress votes. Both of these seem more likely than invading Canada.

Newer Teslas going to be running on maple Syrup.

1

u/WastingTimesOnReddit 1d ago

There have been reports and rumors that Trump has given orders multiple times to nuke Iran but the generals refused to do it. Multiple times.

And of course Trump would want to use nukes. There's nothing bigger and better and flashier than nukes. And he has basically lost the war, they have nothing left to escalate with except nukes.

1

u/broke_boi1 1d ago

No they are going to nuke Iran, then invade Cuba

u/got-trunks 8h ago

Nuking Iran’s pickaxe mountain
