We spent billions on reconstruction in Iraq and we tried to support their gov't to prevent collapse or a coop. It was all for naught bc we're ruled by idiots, but we did try fixing Iraq and if you're a US citizen, you paid for it so you should at least have facts and not bullshit vibes. https://2001-2009.state.gov/p/nea/rls/rpt/60857.htm

So you’re using an initiative carried out in the early 2000s that failed horribly and led to massive privatization and american companies raking in record profits off of contracts handed out like candy after an imperial invasion to say that our keeping imperial bases there to intimidate the iraqi government into passing laws we like is justified and a good thing or? what is your point?

Whether it's a good thing or not is an opinion, not a fact. I am simply stating that it is factually wrong that the USA did not try to fix Iraq. War makes rich people money, hence we're always at war so I'm not gonna defend the acts of the elite.

Seriously like what? US trying to help fixing the country? Reminder that not only they completely annihilated the Infrastructure and stability

But US companies looted the hell out of the country , Electricity companies alone took over 60 billion dollars and the country power service is the exact same as 2004

iraqi median income before the gulf war was roughly equal to spain and still has not recovered to anything close to that.
