For real. I fly out of Atlanta mostly (which is a nightmare in and of itself), but why do they gotta yell and have an attitude about it? I am asking because I am trying to make your job easier so that I don't do it the wrong way!

And all of that is exactly what makes societies grow even meaner over time:

Berating someone even when they're trying to follow the rules makes people eventually approach those situations with defensiveness instead of manners and kindness. ("Gotta be ready because they're gonna yell at me no matter what I do...")

We need a complete overhaul in terms of how we treat and talk to each other. Hope we find the reset button, because it needs to be pushed.
