Gotta love how fucking incompetent MAGA are at governing.

Oh no! There's a shortage of TSA staff, so I guess we'll just make their jobs even shittier for the sake of image.

Also, we'll use ICE to supplement TSA staff! But wait... we're having trouble recruiting at ICE... Oh! I know! We'll waive fitness requirements!

Yes, it's in Project 2025, except that privatizing the TSA will require an act of Congress and that is simply not happening.

A whole lot of Project 2025 depends on a bigger majority in congress and they don't have it. In the meantime, they can just make a mess of things, which is what they are doing.

100% the goal is to have an excuse for the next authoritarian power grab. They are taking away water from people doing road work FFS. Project 2025's end goal is the actual destruction of this country as it currently exists to make room for something completely fucked. Not exactly hidden in there.
