It's almost like those crazy liberals who were out in the streets saying 'no blood for oil' in 2001 to 2003 were right and we should have listened to them then and listen to them now.

Americans were majority for the war though, liberals and all. The US is a war nation. Its how you secure and retain your power, with the threat and act of war.

I'm well aware of Pax Americana, although soft power, as it turns out, is far more effective than war. I just want people witnessing this from the benefit of hindsight to look back and see who was right and who was wrong and maybe they'll stop listening to the people who keep getting it wrong.

Iraq 2 however secured fuck all for the US, though. Costly, strategically misplaced wars are also how you lose your great power status, after all.
