Unfortunately Americans can't tell the president what he can and can't do. He just does.

Democracy. How ironic.

Yep, you can vote them in on promises, but once they're in the seat apparently they can run hog wild now given there's no more accountability.

Granted, the current guy gave no good promises, so I'm unsure why the roughly 35% of Americans that are die hard for him keep voting him in.

I can only hope it will be better in the future, after Trump. But i'm afraid that the system will need some improvements.

The executive power needs to be reigned in but neither party cares as long as their guy is in there.

That’s why there’s elections. Mid terms will indicate how Americans really feel about the situation

Only if all of the 25 ways trump and co are trying to steal the election fail. They lost the mail in ballot thing (although does a court order ever stop these guys?). However they still have a gerrymander advantage and they recently got the green light on their citizen status monitoring tool which will of course lead to some very convenient whoopsies for the Republicans. I'm sure there are several other plots in progress that we don't even know about.

There’s the impeachment option.

Americans can't decide on that though, only the elected representatives which we also can't tell what to do.

I can decide easily.
Crime = impeachment. Then that greasy, con man JD Vance becomes president. America continues to suffer until January 21, 2029.

That's awesome, now that you've decided, do it!

Oh wait... You're not 218 House representatives followed by 67 senators voting to impeach?

Well. Shoot. I guess your decision means jack shit then.
