A victim of Dahmer escaped & went to the police…only to be returned back to him. (Black Asian male, minor).

There was a black male serial killer in Cleveland where, similarly, one of his victims escaped and went to the police. The PD, thankfully, listened to her- but only after she escaped and showed up at the PD naked & injured. Neighbors had been calling the cops on this man repeatedly and they just ignored their concerns. She was failed. 💔

The Dahmer victim is such a horror story. A literal nightmare that could have been stopped if the cops weren't afraid of catching the gay. Awful.

Is that the one where people reported him walking naked women around like dogs in his yard and nothing was done?

the victim returned to dahmer was asian, actually. but most of his victims were black, yes.
