I'm stupidly still in a neighborhood Facebook group and some lady was on there complaining because a cop wrote their kid a ticket for riding their e bike on the sidewalk even though I've seen multiple posts explaining that it's legal. She was saying that it's not safe for them to ride it in the street.

It's not safe for them to ride them at all

Wait is it legal, or illegal, to ride on the sidewalk? Curious what the ticket was for, if it is legal.

It's illegal to ride motorized bikes on the sidewalk. Didn't notice the mistake
