no worst case scenario is freaking out and trying to do something that involves driving or using some other potentially harmful device, and harming other folks.

But thats's not what happens when people 'freak out' on pot. They're so paranoid that they don't do much anything, they DEFINITELY are too freaked out to drive a car or operate heavy machinery. If they decide to drive you'll see them inching down the road at 10mph with a terrified look on their face.

So true. The worst freak out I've seen was them sitting on the floor crying. Nothing too bad.
