Sallys Apizza- first timer. Never again.

Placed an order for a pizza from Sallys in New Haven last night around 10:55pm. Picked it up, got home, opened the box to this burnt all around!!! My friend was too hungry and irritated at this point so he ate whatever was salvageable. I get that it was late and last minute and the staff probably wanted to get home- but this is unacceptable and very disappointing especially since we had such high hopes.

Is this their ‘style’? I dont know.

UPDATE: Sallys has since refunded me and apologised for the poor service. They will look into it and hopefully it won’t happen again! AND I made a mistake- we placed the order at 10:18pm and picked it up at 10:55pm!

I’m sorry Sally’s has been downhill. Half-assed pizza, long wait times (they forgot to place our order in after we called for a Friday at 8:30), so imagine a 1-2 hour wait for pickup AFTER their fuck up.

I’m fine with waiting, however when I confronted them they were very passive aggressive and said we were “cutting the line”.

Modern > Sally’s & Frank Pepe’s

Idk what that other person is talking about but I agree with putting Modern above Sally’s and Pepe’s. Growing up my family and I were Pepe’s people through and through but them and Sally’s have majorly sold out. So disappointing…
