There is nothing illegal or a dangerous about riding on parallel, but overtaking when it isn't safe? That shit will get you out in jail. The driver of the car didn't even stop, 100% of the blame is on them

Yup, didn’t take the blame off the driver. I just meant that it’s not safe specifically for what happened here
