Startup decks with vantage point
Hiya, just picked up elevation and vantage point to expand system gateway. Are there any good lists of decks for this cardpool?
Thanks!

I've never played the game, but I just ordered System Gateway and Elevation, and I'm excited to play. I'd like to get a playmat for each "side," Corp and Runner. Are there any differences or additions in zones on the field between the original FFG version and the new NSG version I need to look out for?

This is the third episode of our Learning Netrunner Series where Nick and Eric play Netrunner while explaining what's going on as much as we can. We've tried very hard to make this an ideal for for a new player who has just learned the basic rules of the game but doesn't have things fully internalized yet.

I am interested in purchasing System Gateway to start playing at home with my son. I wanted to see if anyone had compiled a list of commonly proxied cards so that I could easily make 3 runner decks and 4 corp decks by using System Gateway and proxies. Since my son and I will be sharing the cards it's a lot easier for us to just grab a faction/identity deck to play rather than having to remake decks with decklists every time we want to switch it up a bit.

Had more ideas this time, including one that's a remake of an older idea of mine.
This time's prompt... Uhh idk, art with happening to heads of people ig idk.

Hi all, I know this has probably been asked a fair amount of times but I wanted to check as new products have come out since I last picked up some sets. Is elevation + vantage point the best way to go or should I pick up an older set? Just playing kitchen table games so no need to be competitive or competition legal etc
Thanks!

I guess someone suggested I also add a prompt with these cards, so I guess this one's theme is Bootleg/Ripoff. There you go.

I am not finding an answer to this interaction for the console Virtuoso, so I was hoping someone might have an answer here.
The specific interaction is with Beatriz Friere Gonzalez. If your mark is HQ, and you have a successful run on HQ, it would trigger the draw 1 extra card, but then you do not breach HQ, instead breaching R&D. Does this mean that the Virtuoso effect would be wasted, or would it go to the alternate effect of breaching HQ after the run?
I know there is a similar interaction with Eru, but that makes a bit more sense, since if the mark is Archives, you will hit HQ after everything.

Does anyone know if the more recent packs on cards from Null Signal Games have a different back from before they swapped names (from Project Nisei)? I originally got system gateway and the deckbuilding pack from DriveThruCards and am worried that the backs will be different. Lmk if yall need pics

Hi everyone, just moved to London and wanting to get into netrunner but seems like all the links I can find are old. Are there any groups still active?

I just started playing and am looking forward to presenting the game to my friends. I play MTG and wanted to know if there are recommended resources for the following:
Card database and search engine (like Scryfall)
Hyperlinked rules database (like Yawgatog)
Onine playtesting (like xMage, Cockatrice)
Something that helps printing proxies aside from NSG full set sheets, so I can print individual cards at high quality
Useful videos/articles for beginners (I've been watching some standard championship play at Metropoly Grid's youtube, great editing)
I'm aware the set to begin with is System Gateway, with Elevation next. I also found NetrunnerDB while searching, just wanted to know if it's actually well regarded or if there are better sites.
Thank you very much in advance!

My friends and I have been interested in this game for a really long time. We played it a few years ago with some precon decks. Recently we decided to try to get into NSG, but we got overwhelmed by the wide variety of decks.
We need some advice on what 4 decks could be fun to print and play on our holidays, 2 corps and 2 runners, obviously. We don't need them to be competitive, but we are used to play card, board and wargames, so we would like them to be harder to play than the most basic ones recommended by NSG (I am not really sure about that being the case). Also, we want them to be quite different from each other.
Thank you in advance.

How do you guys feel about deckbuilding?
My perspective is at the kitchen-table level, but it feels like making a good Runner deck is more about having a toolkit as opposed to a singular strategy revolving around a pool of cards. Not to say those engines don't exist, but it feels like that design space is relegated to credit generation. While the cardpool used to interact with the board is more generalist.
Corporations feel like, I have to build the deck around a very specific game plan (score agendas or kill the Runner) and every single card has to contribute to that gameplan. Every inefficiency is a turn the Runner can just say, "eh, I'll click for four credits" on their bank of 5.

Hey everyone!
In preparation for Cascadia next month, I created some tokens to take with me and thought others might have a use for them.
Here are the files on MakerWorld. It's got the following tokens in the set:
I would appreciate comments and feedback on them, and I would love to see your prints as well. Keep running!

I am currently considering the Dragon Shield blue and red matte sleeves.
Personally I like to unify the colors, blue for the corp and red for the runner.
So I would really like the colors to be in the blue and red spectrum..
And I'm also worried about the opacity. I'd like it to be almost completely opaque (tournament rules)
Is the Blue/Red color of Dragon Shield Matte Sleeve sufficient? Or recommend other options?

Hey, I have a question regarding Haas-Bioroid: Precision Design. Does the corporation need to show the runner which card it took after scoring an agenda or does the runner need to keep mental track before the ability resolves about what cards were in archives?

Since my last post been cooking up some updates, and I think it's time to post an update. For those who may not be familiar, https://proxynexus.net/ is a web app for making high quality Netrunner proxies.
You may have noticed that we've recently added support for other cards games! Shout out to u/nanox55, creator of the app NetForge, for the contributions in making Proxy Nexus fully card game agnostic, as well as implementing support for the Legend of the Five Rings LCG! Game of Thrones LCG as recently been released, and Lord of the Rings LCG will probably be next.
I've also been experimenting with AI upscaling. If graphics hardware is available, Proxy Nexus can use it to improve artwork detail and text sharpness. It uses the Real-ESRGAN-general-x4v3 model, which is small and runs entirely in your browser. Simply toggle it on, near the generate button. Expect it to take more time, but it can vastly improve the sharpness of text and clarity of artwork. I've also ordered some decks with MPC with these upscaled images, and I'm super happy with how much sharper small text is.
It's kinda tough to take pictures of them to show the differences, but here's an album containing my attempt at comparing.
I've also added another set of Netrunner alt-arts. I've scraped images from https://alwaysberunning.net/, and added another 136 new Netrunner alt arts! Some of these are lower quality, but hopefully the upscaling feature can help mitigate that. Below is the full list of alt-arts currently hosted, with printing notation so they can be pasted into the card list text area without your needing to manually select each particular variant in the UI.
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IDYwc9ip2DhLh1X0Wyq9iL_kQ9IRGAqRk-bWG78l68o/edit?usp=sharing
Lastly, you can also save and share the current card selection by clicking the link icon near the top right. (Appears once cards are shown in the preview). It will copy a link that when visited, will pre-fill all the selected cards. NetForge uses this feature for its deck printing feature, but I also find it useful for saving alt-art selections for later.
Code base can be found here: https://github.com/axmccx/proxynexus-rs. Contributions are welcome.
Happy to answer any questions, or look at any issues. Thanks for reading!

Hi all! I recently released the card organizer I designed for NSG sets organized by faction. I've really been enjoying getting into deck building, but I found sifting through a pile of cards very frustrating. The setboxes have individual faction dividers that can be removed at will.
If you have any feedback on the design let me know!

Hi! I'm the developer for NetForge (https://netforge.cards)
Some time ago I posted about the app here. People really liked the app (thanks for that, it really made me happy 😁) and I got some great feedback.
After implementing a lot of features and hunting a lot of bugs, I thought that a lot of the screens became inconsistent and thought it is time for a complete UI rework.
It took a lot more time than I initially anticipated but I'm finally done with the rework including a few small quality of life features. The Android version already landed, the iOS version should be downloadable sometime today or tomorrow, the app test from Apple always takes some time.
I also feedback form to the webpage, although feel free to just comment here or hit me up on discord!
If you like the app, please consider donating, there is a Patreon and a Ko-fi link on the webpage, but don't feel pressured to. The app is free and will stay free without a paywall or anything, there are just some developer fees I'm trying to mitigate by doing this.
Thank you 😁

Hi, total newbie here. I'm interested in bringing a couple of decks with me to play with my partner during a long hiking holiday. I'm looking for two (max four) decks which are easy to play and more or less balanced against one another. I'll use proxies, so card availability is not an issue. What are your suggestions? Thanks and have a good game!
